Welcome to Caring Transitions of Dacula, GA

I’m Riley Wells, and this community is part of who I am. I grew up here, went through our local schools, and learned what it means to care for others by watching my parents. My dad served as an Episcopal preacher, and my mom built and led a shelter for women who needed support. In our home, helping people was not something special you scheduled. It was simply how you lived.

I spent years in the corporate and non-profit world leading teams and managing detailed projects. I enjoyed the work, but many of my most meaningful experiences came from helping other families through major transitions. I have traveled across states, packed up homes filled with memories, and worked through the logistics that come with change. Those moments showed me how heavy life transitions can feel and how much steadiness matters.

I’ve started this business right where I grew up because I care deeply about the families who call this place home. I believe people deserve support that feels thoughtful and grounded when life shifts. When someone reaches out, my goal is simple. Listen first, create a clear plan, and walk alongside them with patience and care.
